Frequently Asked Questions

  • When are your auctions?
  • Our auctions are held every Saturday in Dallas. The auction opens for preview at 8:00 am and begins at 9:00 am.
  • Are your auctions open to the public?
  • Yes
  • What type of vehicles do you have at your auction?

  • How do I make my vehicle preferences known so the auction can inform me as to when they might be for sale?
  • When you register online you may create a "Wish List" in which you can input the make, model, year, color and other keywords of specific vehicles you are looking for. You will be notified by email when those vehicles become available.
  • Can I test drive the vehicles?
  • No, but we encourage you to bring a mechanic to inspect the vehicles. See next question.
  • Can I bring a mechanic to inspect my vehicle choices?
  • Yes. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect the vehicles as each is sold "as is, where is." All sales are final.
  • Can I sell my car at your auction?
  • We do not accept private consignments. You may however donate your vehicle to benefit the kids who just need a second chance. Donors receive a tax write off for the amount the vehicle is sold and the satisfaction of helping the students at the Can! Academies succeed.
  • What is a buyer's premium?
  • A Buyer's Premium is added to the selling price of each item; it is an agreed upon cost to pay for the costs of the auctioneers.
  • Will I be charged $50 per lot in the auction, or just for the lot I win?
  • The processing fee is per vehicle.
